Red Peppers stuffed with avocado & quinoa {not sure about this one yet}
Dessert:
apples, cinnamon, Oatmeal, Blueberries {cookies, muffins, baked apples or something like cobbler?}
Main Dish:
Lentils, Balsamic Vinegar, salmon , Almonds {not sure about this one either. I am going to look at recipe sites for ideas. Food.com has a recipe by ingredients finder. http://www.food.com/
Beverage:
Green Tea {I found a tea at HEB in a nice metal canister that wasn't expensive. It is green tea mixed with mint; made by Vinis premium tea.
